Good workout but fast-paced
I had the original TaeBo on VHS back in the day, and was hoping to find that same workout on DVD. This seemed to be the closest match. The pace is too fast for many people past a certain age, but I play it on my computer and slow down the speed a few notches, and that works for me.

I love his Tae bo kick boxing
When I first heard of Billy Blanks Tae Bo work outs. It was so hard but very rewarding. I did this video for two months and I decided to run a mile and my running has improve better after doing Tae Bo. I also toned up doing his video. So I had to buy his video again. I’m 51 and i now run three miles with out getting so tired. Tae bo kick boxing is great and Billy Blanks is awesome instructor. I love his videos. I would be instructor like him. I also like buns of steel

This is the DVD if you want to sweat!!
I wanted to go back to the "old billy blanks tae bo" and, woah, what a WORK OUT!! Billy explains all the moves and you can watch his co-tae boers perform each movement. I could not make it through the entire dvd; I had to take breaks ever so often to catch my breath, but once I learn all the moves and the sequence, I feel like this will be an awesome workout!!
