Takes days to reply back to messages, then doesn't understand anything I've said and takes more days to get back to me. Then after nearly 6 weeks of waiting the order was sent. When I say its not fit for use I mean its absolutely shocking. It was far too big on all sides, on one side the front was 19cm too big and the back was 11cm too big. Its just shocking. When I spoke to the seller he said I will speak to my cutter. That's all I got back. When the cover arrived it had very few eyelets and no bungy cord.
