God send

High end slow cooker.
This is a beautiful slow cooker. Looks very expensive and the quality is excellent. I have had slow cookers for about 20 years and this is by far my best to date. No reply from company. Very disappointed with product not working properly.
I have used this product twice. On the first occasion it was great. On the second it has taken 2 whole days to cook a casserole! I have emailed the company twice now...still no reply. Great value and performance.
Bought this model to replace a worn-out Swan slow cooker which more than earned it's keep. Used the new one three times in the first week. Simplicity itself to used and the results exactly as expected. Delicious. Didn't want a lot of "bells and whistles" which either go wrong or remain unused.
