Not nearly powerful enough
Disappointed to have such an incredible strong battery reduced to the limited output of this inverter. Yes it will recharge things like a laptop and small electronics, but if want to run something that a normal 150 watt inverter will run, this basically goes into fault protection on everything I've plugged into it. Again, as a backup to charge small to medium electronics it works fine, but don't expect it to run anything like a completely discharged laptop for any amount of time.

Great item at a perfect price!
Power outages are common for us and we wanted to protect ourselves - this item makes it easy, since we have EGO batteries!

Doesn’t Meet Expectations
I attempted to buy two of the units. The only device I was using was a single Christmas candle which drew very low amperage. The first unit flashed a red blinking light when turning it on. It was returned as damaged. The second was purchased at a Lowe’s store. It turned on correctly when activated. However when turning on the candle light, the green light would flash and the light would not turn on. It was returned as not functioning. After two attempts, I’ve decided this device does not work as advertised and not to invest in this particular portable device.

Very useful and easy.
This gadget turns a fallow ego battery into a useful electrical outlet. I've already tested it by fire within a week of receiving it when I lost power for a short time. Using Nexus, my 5Ah battery easily powered my modem, router and ooma phone for hours until power came back. Bravo for this invention. Simple to use. Just slip the battery into the "harness," then plug in your power strip to supply power to multiple devices. Not really a negative, but be aware that it has wattage limits.

Lifesaver
Due to the recent devastating fires here in Malibu we had no power for several days thanks to this ego inverter I was able to power up my router and make Wi-Fi phone calls thank you for such a great product It never let me down and charges all our cell phone and keeps a few light on too.

works but could be better
it really just a 15 dollar inverter but i bought it to keep my batterys drawn down to help them last. it does work good but it doesnt seem to have any 4 second surge at all and should be pure sine wave.I have the 3000 watt love it but heavy . Would like a 1000 watt.no battery failures yet.Ryobi 40 volt 75% fail.bad bad.

Worth owning if you have EGO batteries.
This gadget is fun. I’m able to operate a 40” LED TV and an Apple TV for 2.5 hours on a 5Ah battery. The. USB ports are handy for charging phones while camping. It unfortunately didn’t have enough juice to start my mattress pump.

Should do the job in an emergency
Supplies sufficient power to the items I tried. I have two 2.5 Amp hr batteries and I plan to be able to use them if the power goes off. Tried LED light fixtures and it had enough power for two fixtures a radio and a phone charger

Inverter nice backup with the EGO batteries
Using EGO batteries in the lawn mower the power inverter is a nice option to have available to make use of the EGO batteries more times

Great product
Product arrives on time and in tact. Love that I can power multiple devices at a time I actually plugged in a small surge protector and it charged 3 phones at once
