    Purchased only to be told by the seller that it had no printhead. Fair play to them that was in the description but not obvious. That being said, there was absolutely no problem in cancelling the sale and getting a refund. I would not hesitate to deal with the seller again.

    First class service from delivery to refund for a faulty product. The seller could not have been aware of the initial problem but 10/10 for integity and the trust he demonstrated by issuing a refund based on my word and a couple of photos.     HP M12W

    I bought this to replace my HP1022, to be a desktop PC printer AND a wireless printer for use with my smartphone. Just a word of warning. It can't be a USB connected printer AND a wireless printer. It's one or the other. So the trusty HP1022 remains, with the HPM12W just for wireless use. The HP e-Print App works ok but is a little slow. Good crisp prints.

    Not for Linux users

    Under Windows 10 setup was simple and straightforward. The printer appears on the network and is usable immediately. My problem is that although my Linux machines can see the printer they can't print to it from any of my Windows 10 machines. There is a mention of Linux support on the HP web site but the unified HP printer system (hplip) does not currently (April 2017) have a compatible driver. The M12nw is an HP printer at a budget printer price. Time will tell whether it gets HP or budget level support.

    Compact size and cheap to run!

    I absolutely LOVE this Printer! It is compact so fits easily into a cupboard when not in use. The print quality is crisp and clear and the replacement ink cartridge is dirt cheap. What's not to love? The only minor issue I experienced was initially setting it up as due to purchasing this as a second hand item there were no instructions with it. After a little online research I discovered it was recommended to get it "talking" directly to the Broadband Router rather than via the Laptop which is what I did. I'm extremely happy with this printer.

    Not bad quality for document printing

    I was sceptical after reading some reviews whether to buy this printer, i must say the set up was easy, but wasnt too happy with the quality comparing to the Dell printer which i had since last 12 years was very good and it was cheaper than this. The print speed is same nothing difference. This laser printer is ok for everyday use for document printing and I wont recommend for poto printing as its quality is not that great to be honest. Printing from phone is slow and sometimes dont work properly i believe it could be due to slow network connection.
