Great for anxiety
Read the research about Theanine. It really works. I use it for anxiety and it's a lifesaver. I've used this brand for about a year and the products are consistently good quality.

Theanine works
I was told to try this to help calm my nerves. The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules a day. I started with 1 but found that 2 helped me better. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now and it really does what its suppose to do.
