Never go without GSE
I love using GSE for gargling in order to avoid and cure illness. It kills strep throat. After positive strep culture in my 3 children I had them gargle with GSE 4 times a day with 16 drops of it in about 4 ounces of warm water held at the back of the throat for as long as possible each time. Then put 16 drops into a cup of healthy organic no sugar juice or warm water or herbal tea and swallow it down to kill oogies growing in the gut. Great stuff! Great to prevent colds, minor ear ache, scratchy throat.
This stuff actually works. I have been using it every time I feel like Im coming in with a cold, wake up with a scratchy throat or have an ear ache. I make sure to take this in the morning and at night to help it fight whatever infection I have in my body. It worth a try for those that are curious. But be sure to also take probiotics as it works to kill the good and the bad bacteria in your body. Your tummy will thank you. Great Stuff, Good Price
