The stock Polaris bars are SUPER thick and high quality
I bent up my handlebars on my Polaris Sportsman 500 pretty bad in a rollover accident. I needed to cut them off to get to the bolts, and at that time I saw just how thick the Polaris steel was on these factory handlebars. My mind was made up at that moment to get stock replacements. The salvage yard bars were super cheap, and cleaned up easy with a wire wheel and some rattle can black. Under $25 shipped to my door and in good shape. I would do the same again, but I don't plan to roll it over anymore. But if I ever need bars again - I am sticking with the stock bars.
