I received a 1.5 CT ring on a diamond studded band. The ring was beautiful, just not what I ordered. I contacted the seller who offered either a 50% refund or a lengthy return and exchange process. I asked to start the exchange process. Seller said they would be sending a return label soon then proceeded to ghost me for weeks. Still haven’t heard bad. Terrible service.

Seller refunded import fee and was super kind and professional throughout the whole custom process. I had made in solid gold and hope it’s an heirloom for many generations. Considering hand customization and coming from India, the shipping was fast at under a month.
