timeless
This book was written by Dale Evan's thru the eyes of her down-syndrome daughter who passed away from heart complications at 2 years old. This story is compelling in that it not only addresses an issue facing many families today but likewise gives a fresh perspective that God is over and in all things. In some countries these children are being aborted without a thought to what their lives add to those who know and love them. As a society we are losing touch with acceptance of those who have physical or mental challenges, aging and illness, and a host of other differences. We respond under the guise of compassion but often economics are brought into the decision making with no acknowledgement of a God who is over all.
