When the MacBook hadn’t arrived and Royal Mail tracking proved worthless I contacted the company. Immediately an offer to refund was given but I preferred to wait in the hope of a delivery. When this didn’t look likely a replacement MacBook ( larger screen) at no additional cost was dispatched immediately and received the next day. Exemplary service and great product well presented. Thank you
