Case was shipped in extra boxes but things in the case, such as foot pedal and other items, should have been wrapped within the machines box rather than loose and banging around. Bobbins were in ziplock bag but the rest was left bumping around loosely such as foot pedal when it arrived. I have had machines delivered with with much better care in the past.
