  • An extensive treatsie on southern cooking.by a Cordon Blu chef.

A very large book. Separate sections have many type food recipes. Like soups. A large verity of types of soups from quick to involved. This book is so big and heavy, a small person could use it to work out with.

  • Beautiful cookbook…anything you could want is in it…perfect for beginner and seasoned cooks alike.

The book itself is fantastic…probably the only cookbook any beginner and seasoned cook would need. The content is absolutely amazing. But be prepared..it’s a big book and very heavy.
