I received in progamed date and tha packaging was perfect state. Just for suggestion, would be good if in the product description mention the kind of cafe that we need to use, because is not available in mexico, there was not too much problem to solved it, but will be great to know for future buyers. Thank you so much :)

Sometimes you can't be sure of the newness of an item as different sellers may consider something opened but unused or stored immediately after opening as new, but I was able to verify with this seller the exact conditions of the item. - l***r (1)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufAs soon as i ordered the seller contacted me explaining that it will take a few days to properly pack the package, it took 3 days, the seller that contacted me was very kind and comunicative, in fact, the seller didn't take long to answer the messages which was very good, the package came from Japan to Mexico, so it took 12 days after the payment made, it just arrived and the came well protected, the outer box was barely destroyed but the box of the figure are totally intact and i love it.
