Lighter story line, more chuckles, could use bonus features
The 1968 season is best for its number of episodes and bonus features, while 1970 gave Bill Gannon more comedic chops, lighter story lines, and Joe Friday cracked more than a few chuckles.These are a bit less preachy, and Virginia Gregg seems to have gotten the season off, in favor of Jack Sheldon, who is a hoot.

Very good crime drama.
I am a huge Dragnet fan. Whether it's the old Dragnet or the new Dragnet show. I even have the Dan Ackroyd/ Tom Hanks comedy. I've always loved crime dramas. In fact, my grandfather was an Orange County deputy sheriff.

Classic TV RETRO STYLE
Great price, classic TV ! Unique look at L.A. with production features from that era. Interesting performances from Jack Webb's cast of characters.

Very good detective program. Watched it back in the 50s and 60s. Jack Webb did a great job!
