When I ordered this BT handset I thought it would work the on button and the volume button does not work on my tv but all the other buttons work pleas

Nearly perfect
This was purchased to replace the one supplied by BT several of the buttons having stopped working. This replacement looked mint new and functions as it should except for one button doesn’t work at all. It’s annoying but will not get fussed about it.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Ok but not perfect.

Brilliant! Quickly replaced the old falling apart one with sticking buttons. Just put in batteries, no pairing it just works straight away!

Item is absolutely fine, my only issue is that it is described as 'NEW' in the description when it is clearly used so this is very misleading.
