The item took ages to come from china and then when I opened it they had SENT THE WRONG ITEM (a countdown timer not a PIR). I photoed this and asked the seller if they could sent what I had paid for. They offered £3 to keep (something I have no use for) and as they did not offer a refund I opened one with ebay. Now they have said that I have used the item and it can no longer be sold!!! So I can only get a partial refund. They are abusing the ebay system. DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!
