They asked for pictures which I had some difficulty sending due to my limited computer skills. Each time I tried and failed in the task, the vendor patiently advised me.   This item was shipped from this company and they put it in a shipping envelope not a cardboard box and the thing was crushed. I contacted the seller and said what happened to the item showed them pictures and they said they would just give me 15% off they didn’t offer to replace it or have me send the damage one back so I will never buy from this company again a great customer service thank you not
