FedEx was just too rough with the package. The seller was very accommodating and offered me a partial refund. I replied stating that I would rather return the guitar in exchange for one in perfect condition. The seller was happy to accommodate. They even sent a return shipping label. The replacement arrived safely and after some adjustments, it’s playing like a dream
