great unit works perfect when directions followed.
this is the best egg poacher I ever had. Pan is lightweight stainless steel needed when water is in it! Glass vented cover perfect. Stainless Steel heavy handle great. Clean all with soap and water before each use as instructed. Put in water, spray cups with Pam, crack eggs into cups, heat water, cover. watch till done. shut heat. remove cover. lift center plate by center knob. place on aluminum pizza tray, cups pop right up! wait 1 minute while toasting bread. lift cup by metal handle turn over buttered toast and give it a slight tap and perfectly cooked egg pops right out! Fantastic! Clean after each use only soap and water no abrasive scrubbers, PERFECT! WE LOVE IT. 6 EGGS AT ONCE!
