Love this book
We use this book for our Wednesday noon prayer group, the soups are wonderful, we haven't found one that we did not like, so we all bought a copy. I also bought several as gifts. Love it !!

Great Cookbook
I love soup and this cookbook has lots of great recipes. I am planning to make one a week until I have made all of the recipes.

Interesting Recipes
I love experimenting with soups (among other things) so I have enjoyed trying some of these out. I can hardly wait to try with fresh veggies from my garden.

Odd recipes
There are no "normal" soup recipes. I was expected at least of few of the classics. These are more broth type soups with barely any substantial ingredients in them. Tons of "soups" from around the world, if you will.
