    This item arrived as described and on time. I gave the four star rating because I think it was banged up a bit in shipping (envelope type package with bubble wrap) and maybe should have been put in a box with bubble wrap. My son is giving this to his new wife on their wedding day so I didn't want to chance sending it back since it was the only new version I could find online for him. I think she'll love it anyway. Overall, I'd say I'm really pleased though and would recommend this seller.

    The book arrived today in excellent condition; wrapped in protective bubble wrap, and protected in a study cardboard box that was perfect for the book size. The book has sentimental value and I asked Brenham Book Company for extra care to send the book and I was trully impressed by their reply and actions took. Truly a top shelf company that I will use again!!

    One of the Best work out books !!

    This is one of the Best books I've ever had on building the body. I'm kind of a novice but I had gotten into real good shape when I was in my mid 30's by using this book and a weight machine along with free weights. I was a returning college student and this helped so much, along with prayer to deal with all of the stress, especially being twice as old as most students. One time I got an an elevator there and a man in a wheel chair got in at the same time and he looked at my arms, I had short sleeves on bec. it was summer, and he said, "ma'am, you got some arms!!!" My arms were really shaping up at the time. Okay, fast forward, I am 60 yrs old now and have not kept up very well with my exercises, just a little here and there and too much rest and I'm out of shape. At my age I better ...

    Great book lots of good information on bodybuilding for women

    This is a great educational book on the cores ideas and exercises of body building for women. I love this book lots of good information and ideas. I had this book in my early twenties and I still have it. I needed a new one I used it so much over the years. Highly recommend.
