This earpiece has been difficult to hold...
This earpiece has been difficult to hold a charge (I already had the other earpiece and the case from my original set of headphones).

Almost there
The sound and quality are excellent! I only get small complaints from others when in phone mode. They say that I sound low or that I sound that I am far from the phone. Other than that, they are perfect

Earbuds don't work. I've tried using multiple chargers and buds stay blinking red. Used other earbuds to connect on my phone and they work fine.

It works great! Happy and thankful for this replacement case and charger. I can now listen through my bluetooth wireless Powerbeats Pro headphones once again. You don’t miss it til it’s gone. Now I am enjoying it!!
