arabic-english english-arabic concise dictionary
excellent book. this is a duplicate of the same one i used when i lived in egypt from 2003-2005. i was able to point out the word to the persons helping me and they would tell me exactly how its pronounced in their lingo. if it was different or complex, i would write beside the word the way our ears hear it. there is so much stuff i wrote in it that my ink has begun to spread and become illegible. so i need this second one to redo all my immediate or daily words into the front inside cover and put them in alphabetical order. its better to be able to flip 1 or 2 pages for instant knowledge(example: left, right, yes, no, where, how much, store, etc...). i toted this dictionary every day everywhere. i would keep it with me always. its perfect !

Solid but dated
This is a pretty useful little dictionary in the franco style Arabic, so you don't have to know actual Arabic letters to use it. Solid but a bit dated in some of the word usages.
