Grab your controllers and show off your martial arts moves with “Double Dragon III: The Sacred Stones.” This 1991 fighting game caps off the “Double Dragon” series on the Nintendo Entertainment System. It sends Billy — sometimes called "Bimmy" — and Jimmy Lee on one last mission to save Marion. Unlike some other NES games, this is not a port despite the similarity to the “Double Dragon III: Rosetta Stone” arcade game. In addition, unlike the Japanese version, there is only one ending, regardless of how you get to it. Fighting follows the classic punch and kick paradigm, and you can take advantage of two gameplay modes, either with or without the chance of friendly fire.Product Identifiers

Loads intermittently but at least it loads!
My husband loves the first version of this game so I ordered all 3. This one came in it took 4 tries but it loaded. So far so good

One of the top titles on the NES and worth playing with a FRIEND if you are a fan of beat them ups.
Brawlers are rarely known for their stories, but this one seems *slightly* more intriguing than usual. Why does Hiruko have clues to where Marion is? Is he working with the kidnappers? Play to find out!! Each mission is a country. You must defeat all enemies and a boss to move on to the next country.
