  • If you like Green Chiles....

    This is a great "golden oldie" cookbook for our favorite vegetable. We are previous Colorado residents and learned to love these chiles, especially those from near Pueblo, CO, and Hatch, NM. But we wanted some more authentic recipes and this book has them. We got the book promptly and it is in good shape for a used cookbook.

  • The 'bible' for green chile lovers and learning New Mexican cuisine.

    My review title should convince anybody interested in New Mexican cuisine. If you love green chile or don't know how to use them in cooking, this is a phenomenal cookbook and for cultivating your skills at New Mexican cuisine, which is very different from TexMex dining.

    We enjoy the Hatch green chilies but the recipes we had were few and basic. No more, the Green Chilies Bible has a great variety of dishes, desserts, breads and much more. Fantastic book of recipes and it’ll spice up our meals.
