I compared with many others offering the product (Nicorette) I purchased from Beyondtrend and this was the best deal by far and they shipped quickly!

The bottom of the box was poorly taped with only one piece of tape, which had come almost completely undone, leaving one of the bottom flaps hanging wide open. Luckily the item didn't fall out through that gap and was therefore undamaged. My item could easily have been lost or stolen.
