Great culinary resource
Although “second hand “ I don’t think it has ever been opened. Immaculate condition. It’s a superb reference for all culinary matters. The best features are the “Goes With” at the start of each heading and the sidebar recipes. It is perfect for the cook who buys particular ingredients (eg in season) and wishes to find the right method etc.
