    Garmin 760 awesome

    This one by far is the best GPS unit ever made, dash board is easy to read, voice command is great feature, connecting to a phone or Bluetooth is simple. Just the best GPS I've used in my over the road position.

    Excellent GPS with more features than I use.

    My only complaint is that it doesn't include free updates. My daughter's other brand does, but it's harder to use and I am not really computer savvy. Overall the Garmin NUVI 760 is great.

    Older Nuvi's still worthwhile!

    The Garmin Nuvi 700 family has fallen in price to be what I consider to be, "Bargain GPS'". Using Garmin's map install software (free) you could theoretically pull newer maps off other Nuvi's and load them on the 700 series. (I've done it so I suspect you can as well.) The 700 series will show the usual trip & directions and certain ones will broadcast the instructions to your FM radio. You can load photos on the SD card for viewing and they accept an external GPS antenna to ensure reception in poor or noisy (RF) environments.

    Wow life is good.................................

    This is what Ebay is all about. This was a $900 unit in the day and if you have an older car that was pre-wired for this very one you are so happy to find a working one 10 years or so later. Otherwise you got to go behind the dash where its hardwired in. Before Ebay this would have been a needle in a haystack, but today its 5 minutes!

    Never worked !

    Out of the box DOA. Tried to charge with a Garmin Nuvi Cord I already had. And It won't even charge. If they tested it before sending then it would have least turned on. But nothing.
