I contacted the seller because they sent me the wrong type of Viviscal shampoo and conditioner even though it states quite clearly the type of this shampoo that I wanted in the ad and picture. I have tried several different sellers with this shampoo, and the same thing keeps happening. It's a lot of money and I would like a refund. They did say they would send me a label, I'm still waiting. Want it off my charge card.

My only issue was it seemed the female threads could have been finished a little better. This being why I removed one star. I notified the seller about this and they replied reasonably fast and are taking measures to assure it is corrected. I did force my sending unit in and it works. That said I would purchase from again.

Questioned the delivery driver from evri and she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing she can do! Very poor seller, very poor service from evri! Refund please! Or replacement item within the next 2 weeks or I shall be seeking legal advice on this issue. Thanks. Alex.
