The appearance is what’s described in the seller’s description as a great condition figure. The quality is fine and never been touched. Item is generously bubblewrap and mailed using poly bag envelope. The packaging didn't prevent the bottom side of the item box from getting slightly smashed (see photo). Some collectors may not like that. For me, I'm more concern if the item inside is intact which it is. With that said, the seller meets my needs so I gave the seller 5 stars. Also, I appreciate for the free gift. Thank you!
