  100/10 for customer service. The vendor sent the wrong DVD that I had ordered. I sent a message to them with a picture attached. Within an hour, they had responded, given me a full refund and told me to keep the DVD that I did receive. That level of service is almost unheard of these days. It's an animated movie, not my genre, so I'm going to donate it
