Quick and easy

Doesnt reopen files once created
I purchased this software and started to use it. It created a file and now it will not allow me to reopen it. Unfortunately there is no support since it ended March 31, 2020. I am very disappointed with this since I have spent hours working on this document. I really wanted this to work but since it will not open my document it has no value.
