  Whilst I can not say much about this item myself as it was purchased as a gift, it looks fantastic and I am certain the recipient will be well pleased when I hand this over. Subsequently I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the service provided. The quality and condition is exactly as described, well priced, great packaging and I must commend you for how quickly you had my parcel shipped. Outstanding, can't recommend highly enough.   Quick Postage, arrived within 5 days! Packaging could have been a lot better though! Laptop and charger were loosely put in a larger box with some paper - no bubble wrap or protection... Not sure if the dents in the lid and in base were there before postage or not, hard to tell from ad photos. Luckily laptop and screen are working perfectly.
