Ordered this play house for my daughter for Christmas and seller was very kind and talked with me about the item which was very helpful. Unfortunately Canada post was on strike so my package didn’t arrive for a while but even still, seller decided to message me and let me know they’ll keep monitoring it for me. It was pouring down rain and they threw the box up on the front porch, which is only one step up. They could’ve put it on the top step that has the overhang and the box would not have gotten completely soaked with water. The water ended up going through the box. It was ridiculous.
