I get the product sent looks like what I purchased and mistakes happen, but there was no admission of fault or an apology for the inconvenience. Took forever to provide a return shipping label. I promptly shipped the incorrect item back—took 2 days after the item was returned/delivered to issue a refund. Look, I get mistakes happen, but the customer service here was abysmal.
