Also, a piece of the shaft that moves the spool up and down was broken. Not to mention the fact that it was missing original parts or had been replaced. Making the reel unusable. Communication with the seller was horrible. Response times were extremely long. When they finally responded, they laughed at you. In short, a horrible seller, liar, and irresponsible.
