Customer service was solid—I contacted them beforehand and asked whether it would include the slip and they said they weren’t onsite to check, so they couldn’t guarantee. They should update the photo because a slipcover drastically changes the value of the item. If I’d known it wouldn’t include the rare out of print slip, I would’ve just purchased it directly from the distributor brand new for cheaper than this listed price.
