Good design, Great fun
I decided to go for a 2DS because while I wanted the latest handheld system, I don't like the 3D options or hinged design of the 3DS. The 3D effects bother my eyes, and with a 3DS that feature can switch on accidentally. That is impossible on a 2DS, and since it is of a more solid design, I prefer how the 2DS feels in my hands. All of the games and features are about the same otherwise between the two systems. Sleep mode is activated by a switch and the sound system is mono without headphones, which took a little bit to get used to. But it's pretty great. I went for this model specifically because I liked the color. I lost Mario Kart 7 during my system transfer, so I never got to try that out. I was stoked to find a N64 at such a good price, with two original controls with it! Both of the joy sticks were in relatively good shape so I was pleased with them as well. However, The power supply has an issue so that the system will restart every few minutes (I believe it is because the supply is a little loose in the back of the system). This isn't a huge deal because it can be easily fixed with a piece of paper or maybe a new power supply (which is only like $10). Better then s-video.
this is a good mod. Better then s-video I had my 64 on. Only problem is playing donky kong and mario party the eyes get blurry for some reason. donky kong gets better when close thou for the eyes. I wish this thing had more filters thou to smooth out the graphics like how it looks in a emulator. But it still looks good for what it is. Putting it at 720p is reccemended for a 4k tv to scale better. I use scan lines on the 4k tv makes the image more clear to me. Tried it on a 720p Samsung and 4k seiki and they both look grate with there respected settings. The mod work is top notch and with some extra's put in it like the inside the cart holder was replaced so any n64 cart can fit in it and easy led change. They changed the led for me to blue and who knows what else lives inside. They used glue to hold down the ribbin, don't know if thats good or not. I dought it will melt thou the n64 wouldn't ever get that hot so I think. This isn't the installer but he did put me in the installer list for the warranty so im happy. I didn't want to send my n64 and get it installed cuz the chip is backordered and the installers have waiting lists and the shipping time so I went with this.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

No bungle in this jungle
Great to relive the oldies and have these memories on hand for when the grandies come around. My kids and I grew up with the 64 and the system was easy to set up and run. Interesting I have a Sony Bravia HDTV and had no trouble getting a video signal. When I tracked the unit it seemed to be taking a tour around the country, Arizona to Oregon to St Louis...and then finally here. The jungle green is awesome and i have aquired additional games since. Nostalgic Overload & Pure AWESOME FUN! :)
Got my husband this for Christmas and he lost his mind! The pictures we captured on Christmas day was spectacular! He literally looks like a kid on Christmas day! :) The joy and the smile expressed was so worth it! According to him it has been the best gift he has gotten for Christmas since his childhood when he received his first Nintendo 64! :) Makes a great gift for all ages! Donkey Kong 64!
This game has always been a family favorite! I remember sitting down with all my brothers and sisters years ago playing this game for hours. Nothing to worry about except school. Those were the good days. Very fun and well worth the money. Graphics are not horrible but aren't amazing, it's what you'd expect from an older game. The game itself has a very long story with an enormous world and 5 different characters to use with their own specific abilities and personalities. Good bundle deal.
Came with Jungle Green console minor crack on left side which is ok, the expansion pack is in great condition; no rust whatsoever. The wires are a bit beat up but manageable with some electric tape. Controller stick was surprisingly tight but it may be damaged after all. I was playing Donkey Kong 64 and the controller seemed to move character on its own from time to time. N64 A Blast Fom The Past
Purchased this system for my daughter. Love the condition of the system & controller. I have it installed to my 75" TV via a HDMI video converter. Please note that you will also need to go into your TV's video settings to add additional adjustments...very easy. Though digital games are convenient, my family favors the original games and systems. Happy gaming!
