It seems that the service provider changed what was acceptable. Nonetheless, the seller was very helpful in providing guidance to try to get the phone to work and when it didn't, they willingly accepted a return and covered the shipping cost. Great service!

Now they told me they have another, However, I told them I want a refund if they could not ship it by DHL. Now I receive a message that it will be Aug lst. When I placed my first order It was July 1. So, they never made the first shipment. I have contacted eBay with no results from them. I am upset after being a customer since 2007. $218 and the screen on my cell has gone out.
