    Not Impressed

    I wasn't really impressed with this one. Sure, the CGI was top-notch as was the acting. There was even some brief attempts at a "hand-off". However, while this prequel answered some questions and showed what happened immediately following Prometheus, the bulk of the story falls flat. One thing that really bothered me is the updated tech - like all the fancy holographic displays, etc. If Prometheus and Covenant are BEFORE Alien, how is Mr. Scott going to explain the dramatic downgrading of the technology to match up with Alien and Aliens? Another thing that bugged me was all the unnecessary "blood & guts". In Alien and Aliens it was proven that implied events create more tension and horror than showing every gross detail. In my opinion, Ridley Scott should forego any more prequels and, ...

    Expansively Filmed

    This is an interesting, if somewhat foolishly based story. The "scientists" behave like teenagers and fail to follow even the most basic quarantine procedures (just like the original "Alien" film); however, the film is shot expansively and with great detail. The characters are well-acted and believable. It allows for another installment which we will wait for with anticipation. Have you seen the "Predator" series?

    Alien Prequel

    Excellent prequel to the series and I'm happy to add it to my collection. I was looking for only the Blu-ray of the movie but the special edition t-shirt was an added bonus.....great design! The case cover picture was different than the normal case cover picture but is OK.

    In space no one can hear you scream

    Aliens are back this was a pretty good movie if you are a fan of the Alien movies your going to like this one or a least watch it first then make up your mind it did pretty good at the box office not as much they wanted it too but it did well I enjoy it very entertaining this is a good one too add to your Alien collection.

    Expect Alien 6

    Not a bad plot and the end of the movie leaves room for another I don't want to give anything away but David is more of a villain in this one There are some surprises in the film but it certainly isn't as good as Prometheus
