Plugged right into my 2015 F150 XLT with the adapter. Beware that these taillights don’t fit ‘perfectly’ (like factory), driver side has a gap between the rear panel and lights while the passenger side is pushed right up against the panel. My biggest concern is rain being able to get through and possibly to the wiring. Reverse lights are pretty dim as well but otherwise functions and looks as expected.
