    Daily use

    Been using this brand for years ! Actually helps with the type 2 diabetics, Keeps the blood pressure and cholesterol in check, & it also keep my sodium in the normal range! I use a pinch with apple cider vinegar and small glass of water daily. Highly recommended , Doctor approved!

    Great for cooking

    Great for cooking but you have to get used to the large crystals and you really can't grind it. Has a nice flavor. I also use it as a bath soak for aches and pains. I don't like the crystals in the tub so I put the salt in a jar and add really hot water. Let set for 24 hours and pour the water off the crystals into the tub. Seems to help my joint pain.

    Celtic Sea Salt

    This Salt has been very helpful to assist me in getting the necessary ocean minerals, since I follow a frugavorous lifestyle. I feel that if I didn't add this Salt to my non-sweet fruits like tomatoes, my skin would rot. No joke. So, I know this Salt is working for me personally. Thank you for providing a wonderful product at a great price.

    real stuff

    I use the course celtic sea salt in my neti pot. I like the salt because I know it is real salt, which makes it a healthy salt, and it comes at a better price than some of the other healthy salts.
