It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. In fairness, I didn't leave a star rating because I can't give an opinion as to the quality of the battery, or even whether it works or not. It hasn't been installed yet. My Kindle isn't holding a charge as long as it used to so I got the battery in advance of needing it. I assume it will work but for right now, I can't say that for a fact.
