The design is awesome, lights look great and the system does make the most. However, it never exits through the top holes. The essential oils are never expelled into the room. When you remove the top you can see that the chamber is full of the fine mist, but you never get the opportunity to experience the scent in the air. Seller has yet to respond. This product is performing as it was intended to do .
