Arrived undamaged, install was simple, took about 20-25 mins in total. The only suggestion is to have patience during install, know that your window may not go up as smoothly as the video. You may have to work the window up gradually and pull on the rain guard with more effort then shown in the video. Once the window is up, leave it alone for the 72 hours, so glass & rain guard properly set in door frame.
