I contacted the seller, explaining the situation, even sending a picture. Their offer was to buy another, yet for 50% less. Since it’s no small ordeal removing the entire front end off of the vehicle, plus the very real possibility the next one would fail in a similar fashion, I requested a refund. I’ve not heard from the seller since, hence the negative feedback.
