As soon as the seller was made aware of the non-delivery, I had an immediate response and satisfactory resolution. No issues at all with the seller - great comms and excellent customer service, 5⭐ebayer and I hope to deal with them again soon!

Bought a bundle with the BX-29 grip but the seller told me after purchase they didn't actually have it so offered a different, cheaper BX-11 grip that doesn't need importing instead saying the bundle price is identical. Took the offer as it was that or go through refund process but disappointing. Items are all otherwise as described and work as intended.
