It’s not the sellers fault though just the design of the shoe. I was unable to return since I threw the box away as it arrived damaged, which is understandable. I wish the seller offered a little more options besides mentioning eBay’s policy since they still have responsibility over their products that they sell. Many aren’t clear on the policy, as it is often overlooked. We have no problem taking back shoes that are unused and in original condition - in this case it wasn’t, and the box was also discarded - there is no way to get value back on a used item. Thanks for your feedback, and we will do what we can to make sure the return policy is more prominent going forward.

Only thing I would have liked better is more exact color of jacket as it’s stated as blue and the pictures show a blue but it came in a more light blue to where it can pass for baby blue color so not too big an issue for me since I just got some J’s baby blue to match but I can see this being an issue for other buyers. Still a recommended seller for me.
