The seller informed me right away it would take time to receive a tracking code, and in that time-frame they said I would receive the tracking code in which I did and the book was delivered within two days from getting the code. As for the delivery, the book was wrapped/packaged carefully for its long journey. I would definitely buy from them again.

The Alice art book, I expected to be receiving in English edition as I thought it would match the photo displayed. Instead I got the Japanese version. However, the book is in good condition, pages are kept actually in excellent condition. Only the edges of the book is a bit worn out, but the important part is the pages being perfect condition. Thank you.

Although the seals were broken, the figure box was wrapped in another plastic to keep from wear and tear. It was meticulously wrapped, and the value for buying this figure at this price, and in this condition, is astounding. Everything was clean and looked great. The quality of the figure is amazing as well, it's exactly what I envisioned from the photos. The seller is responsive and helpful. All around great purchase and transaction! A++
